Offshore foundation design
Arup has a long track record in the design of offshore structures, and a dedicated focus on support structures for offshore wind turbines and electrical substations.
Geotechnical engineering, structural design and analysis skills combine uniquely with expertise in hydrodynamics and wind turbine loading, including the ability to carry out advanced integrated loads analysis (ILA).
We use our own, in-house design software, Optif, which can provide efficient and optimised designs for both monopiles and jackets at all stages, from initial concept to pre-FEED, FEED and detailed design.
