Arup has been awarded the ‘Top 10 Happy Companies to Work For’ in recognition of our commitment to cultivating a happy workplace culture.
This prestigious title was bestowed upon us by the Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Awards 2024 organised by the Chief Happiness Officer Association. We cliched this honour following a rigorous evaluation process, including the Happiness Index Survey, a detailed written submission and a compelling final presentation. These assessments recognised our achievements in corporate wellness, employee physical and mental health and our ongoing efforts in digital transformation.
The judging committee was particularly impressed with our holistic approach to employee wellbeing. At Arup, we are dedicated to nurturing every aspect of our people’s wellbeing, from the physical environment designed for collaboration and inclusion to flexible working options that help balance professional and personal lives, and from numerous recreational clubs and activities to informative training sessions on financial and digital literacy.
The Chief Happiness Officer Association (CHOA) is a non-profit organisation founded in 2021. The award aims to honour, award and collaborate with organisations and their people development teams for their tremendous effort in driving employee wellbeing and happiness in their corporate culture.
