Alexa is the Global and Americas Leader for Management Consulting at Arup. Drawing on her expertise in asset management, she also helps shape and deliver strategic asset management projects across the Americas.
In her role, Alexa spearheads growth in the Americas for Arup’s Host Cities practice. She focuses on helping cities across North and South America successfully deliver major events by leveraging Arup’s global expertise in strategic master planning, operational and overlay design, and the delivery of world-class events such as the Olympics and FIFA World Cup.
Alexa is an experienced business management leader who excels at building and leading effective teams to achieve organizational goals while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. She has over 20 years of consulting experience in all facets of business transformation including strategic business planning, change management, strategic asset management, data and systems strategies, business process improvement and capital planning and investment prioritization, all focused on building organizational and operational resilience for client organizations.
