Sharon is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Asset Manager and Director at Arup, responsible for heading up a team of asset management consultants, where she is primarily responsible for setting our focus and creating our capability for rail asset management globally.
Sharon is also an appointed Trustee for The Scouts Association.
She has a track record of engineering and planning with over 30 years’ experience leading and managing the direction of operational practices, assurance, safety and governance within complex regulated and non-regulated organisations.
Sharon has worked with Network Rail, and is currently their Account Relationship Manager, and has also worked with other infrastructure owners, such as London Underground, Highways Agency, Thames Water, London Energy Limited, etc. to develop solutions that drive beneficial, innovation and sustainable change.
