Prenika Moodley-Sowter

She has extensive experience leading diverse programme teams across both public and private sectors in the UK and internationally, spanning business and IT operations.

Prenika’s career in programme management began in consulting, advising large government programmes on improving PMO functions. This included contributing to impactful initiatives such as building NHS walk-in centres and supporting Defra during the foot-and-mouth and avian flu outbreaks. Following the banking crisis, she transitioned into Financial Services, helping clients establish PMO and portfolio functions, with a particular focus on aligning programmes to strategic goals within a P3O model.

More recently, Prenika has been instrumental in setting up PMO functions for Train Operators, Transport for London (TfL), and Network Rail, as well as taking on a troubleshooting role to reinvigorate struggling programmes.
