Nathan Blum

He has previously worked in Arup’s Los Angeles, Sydney, and New York offices. In San Francisco, he leads the acoustics, audio visual, and theatre team.

Nathan is experienced leading Arup multidisciplinary teams, integrating practitioners in acoustics, AV, theatre, lighting, ICT, security, and MEP into a cohesive design.

Nathan’s project focus is museums and cultural, sports and entertainment, commercial, and multimedia production and exhibit design projects. Nathan has taught at the Southern California Institute of Architecture and lectured on acoustic design to mechanical engineers and architects.
