Australasia Building Retrofit Leader

Kabi leads the Asset Services team in Arup’s Singapore office, as well as acting as our Australasia Building Retrofit Leader.

Kabi started his career as a structural design engineer and worked on several projects in Australia, prior to joining the façade team in Singapore. After years inspecting existing building facades and advising clients about potential risks on a portfolio of buildings, he now focus on existing assets and has a keen interest in remote monitoring and assessing assets using digital tools and technology.

Utilising experiences on existing building facades, Kabi manages multidisciplinary teams on asset services and provides strategic advice that is focused on our clients’ different needs to upgrade or restore the condition and ways of monitoring of assets.
