Jeremy is Arup's Global Property Leader. He also leads Arup's property business in the UK, India, Middle East and Africa (UKIMEA), working across the region to help create and deliver innovative and sustainable projects for clients.
He brings over 20 years' experience and has worked with some of the UK's leading architectural practices and commercial developers. He has a partnering mindset developed through leading large multidisciplinary teams whilst genuinely shaping an approach to clients' project goals.
He is passionate about holistic design and how we integrate ideas and teams to deliver world class projects. He has led the engineering design on high profile projects such as London's all electric commercial scheme, 80 Charlotte Street - Arup's new home in London, BCO best of the best Television Centre and 8 Bishopsgate, introducing its dramatic cantilevering connected blocks, which increased the internal floor area by 15%.
