Hilde Tonne
Non-Executive Chair
Hilde Tonne is chair of Arup Group Limited Board, having previously served as a non-executive director to the Arup Group Board Arup and as a member of our audit and risk committees.
She was most recently the CEO of Statnett, the Transmission System Operator of Norway. Prior to that she was Executive Director and Chief Innovation Officer with Ramboll Group, and Non-Executive Chair of the Research Council of Norway and Hafslund, a Norwegian Energy utility. Hilde has gained diverse leadership experience in the energy and infrastructure markets, including iNED positions at Vattenfall, Statkraft and Danske Bank. Her international experience includes working from Thailand for several years as Executive Director for Asia at Telenor Group, a leading international telecommunications company.
