With over 20 years’ experience in project management and transport infrastructure within Ireland, Australia and Southeast Asia, Gillian possesses an in-depth understanding of the significance of cultivating and nurturing key relationships with clients, while seamlessly integrating stakeholder requirements into the overall design and planning process.

Gillian is currently leading a diverse team of design, environmental and planning professionals on the DART+ Coastal project in Dublin, Ireland. As Europe Rail Leader, she brings the right mix of experts from across Arup to ensure a results-driven, client-centric experience that prioritises excellence and innovation in every project.
