A Principal at Arup and Education Leader for the Australasia region, Finola has over 25 years’ consulting experience and continues to manage and lead multi -disciplinary teams in a hands-on project role and key client engagement role.

Finola is also Arup’s Office Leader for the Vic/SA region. Finola’s collaborative approach allows her to maintain and develop strong relationships with key regional stakeholders across a number of markets. With her educational focus, she continues to work extensively with universities as well as a number of private school clients, while constantly strengthening relationships elsewhere in the region. Finola leads an active group of local and global education skill leaders within Arup and is a passionate advocate for creative and integrated design solutions. Finola regularly draws on this shared experience, expertise, project knowledge and trends to deliver forward thinking and pragmatic solutions.
