Diane Thornhill

With over 33 years of experience in human resources, she has worked in a number of senior roles across four different industries during the course of her career, including financial services, retail, manufacturing and professional services. She joined Arup in 2003 and has held roles including; HR business partner for Solihull campus, senior business partner for the Industrial Division and UKIMEA people leader. Diane is an officer to the Group Board and a member of Operations Executive.
