Diane Thornhill is the Chief Operating Officer Culture, Development & People with global responsibility for culture, people development and leadership succession and reward.
Diane previously served as global People Leader for Arup since 2022. Diane joined Arup in 2002 and has over 33 years of experience in the Human Resources arena; prior to taking on the global role, she was the People Director for the UKIMEA Region. Diane is chair of the People Executive, and a member of the Operations and Learning Executives.
