Cordelia Chung
Non-Executive Director
Cordelia Chung is a non-executive director and member of Arup Group Limited Board, having previously served as a non-executive director to the Arup Group Board and as a member of our assurance and risk committee.
She is an experienced non-executive director, currently with Hang Seng Bank, Hysan Development Company, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Foundation, and non-executive chair of Hong Kong Broadband Network.
She serves on the Hong Kong Government Human Resources Planning Commission, the Court of City University Hong Kong, and is the chairman of Maryknoll Convent School Foundation. Cordelia is a leader with extensive multinational and industry experience, specialising in information technology, with knowledge in building industry, having trained and practised as a lawyer. Cordelia spent over 20 years with IBM and was awarded the Medal of Honour in 2024 by the Hong Kong Government for her contribution to information and technology and human resources planning and the Director of the Year Award by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors in 2022.
